Refund Policy

The period for which you can apply the return refund policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Order number
• Contact information
• Reason for which you want to make your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
